Looking Different Everyday?

More photos as promised...
I have more baby fats on my face in this photo...

Then, slowly, it disappears...
Mommy caught a quicksnap of me smiling, while I was 'sun-tanning'...

AMEN! Yellow No More (Thanks for praying!)

Though everyone says jaundice in newborns is very common, my jaundice level shot up quite high and I almost needed to be warded for phototherapy.
Update:
I am much better already, and am looking more pink now... (also a little tanned, from the morning sun-tanning that I do. It's supposed to be gd for me...
Thanks for all your prayers! :)

Thanksgiving
I was due for a pd review on 25 Mar (Sat) at 9am. But strangely Daddy kept thinking that 25 Mar was a Friday, and even made arrangement to bring me to the clinic (which was 24 Mar). It was then the nurse took my blood to measure the jaundice level. Mommy cringed when I screamed at the prick of the needle. My level was 14.4, and my pd said if the level hit 15.0, I won't be able to go home... (Mommy's heart almost dropped...)

Well, thanks to Daddy's 'blurness', my condition was discovered in time for the doctor to arrange for the phototherapy machine to be delivered to my house. As a result, I can just comfortably do my 'tanning' at home. :P It's indeed a blessing in disguise.

Well, the UV rays are not good for my eyes... so whenever I was in the bassinet, I had to wear this 'Zoro Mask' which made me so uncomfy. If you are wondering how it's like, I have photos here to show you...

Meanwhile, Grandma is tanning me every morning. Please pray that jaundice will go away completely so that I can be a radiant, pink baby. Thank you!!!

My Very First Moment...

Dear Aunties & Uncles reading my blog,

This is a very short starting entry as mommy wants me to tell you I am here already... I came on 12 Mar 06 (Sunday) at 8:10pm, weighing 3.14kg. My head's circumference was 34cm. The gynea has estimated my arrival to be on 30 Mar. I am 18 days early. Not really a very big baby. But mommy said I have been very active, always kicking her very hard. Keke... I need to do my stretching too, you see...

This shot is one of the first that Daddy has taken for me in the delivery suite. The nurses had yet to clean me up for this shot. It's ok... I'll be posting more shots later on...
